Dynamic token stops moving after a few seconds.

I recently purchased the " Animated Snowy Weather with Bonus Tokens" item from the marketplace. When I place down the animated tokens, they move for a few seconds, then stop, and only resume when I click the "play" button again. Why is this happening? Is there a way to make them stay moving permanently? if there isn't I feel rather ripped off. What's the point of an animation that I have to manually trigger every few seconds?

Hi Alek! This is apparently a known issue which is actively being investigated . My advice would be to either follow that thread for updates, or seek a refund.

Hi Alex,  To add to what Keith wrote here is the Roll20 Refund Policy . In short, you have 15days to refund something unless it is demonstrably not functioning (this may qualify for that).
