Tried everything suggested in trouble shooting, using latest integrated video and voice. Everything is up to date. Power cycling modem etc. So, my group is also up to date and has not changed anything, and everything was working fine a few weeks ago. Now for some strange reason when I enable voice chat, I only get my brother who is using the same Wi-Fi in my house. The other 3 players can hear each other but not me or my brother on all other games. On other player avatars, a spinning Icon appears and does not seem to connect and does not turn into check mark icon.  But in my game only, everyone can hear each other and it works fine connects etc. What can be causing this issue? All cookies have been cleared, chrome setting default, enabled permissions for microphone settings, everything is up to date on chrome.

One thing you could try is starting all your browsers in the in-private or incognito mode. This helped me in a couple of situations. Having said that, for the majority of my gaming groups, I use different means for voice and video.
Hi I am having the same problem ever since the update on the 30th of June. Incognito mode didn't help. Any suggestions Thanks Terry
I had to move my game to Zoom last night as none of us could communicate through Roll20, I could see myself and see that I was picking up my own audio but couldn't see or hear any of the other players. I've not touched any of the setting since we played last week and I'm the one running the game. We all had the little spinning symbol next to each of our avatars like it was trying to do something but nothing worked. We could all hear the in game music that I played and we could all still click and move objects on the screen or roll dice if we wanted, just no audio or video. Has there been an update that I'm not aware of? is there a current and known bug? any suggestions are very welcome, thanks  Kev

Yes, I encountered this problem in a game I was running on the evening of June 30th. Nobody could see or hear any other participant, except for the two who were on the same Wi-Fi network, who could communicate between themselves, but couldn't hear or be heard by anyone else. In-game text chat worked fine and everybody could hear the game music. All participants reported that Roll20 showed their live microphone activity beneath their icon and in the Roll20 microphone diagnostics in settings.  The game settings had not been modified since the last gaming session. Switching browsers and trying incognito/private mode did not fix the issue. Switching  the "Chat Tech" setting did not fix the issue as the problem occurred with both "Integrated Voice & Video" as well as "Legacy Roll20 WebRTC". We eventually gave up trying to get Roll20 to work and switched to Discord.

Hi folks,  As a reminder, the Bug Report forum is primarily for users helping users, if you haven't been able to resolve the issue with user help I suggest filing a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center .
Gauss, do you have any luck reporting bugs via the Roll20 Help Center? Admittedly I've only tried reporting a bug via the Help Center once, however, that report is still open, without a reply from Roll20, for more than 30 days.  Fortunately my previously reported bug has since been fixed, and I've updated my report with that fact, but no one has noticed and closed the request.  Obviously a single report is not a representative sample — which is why I am interested in your personal experience with reporting bugs via the Help Center.  It is unclear to me if bug reports at the Help Center are monitored.

We can point the Devs to the bug report in case it got missed.  I do know though from other users that Help Center reports do get seen. I don't have data on how often they get missed, but my guess is that usually that is a case of the email getting lost or dumped into a spam folder.
Thanks for the reply, I appreciate you letting me know that the Help Center is monitored. I've gone ahead and reported this issue and another minor bug I noticed (the "Mobile Suppport" link on the "My Account" page for Plus subscribers is a  broken link ).

But I do also intermittently utilize the standard report system just to verify that all is working as it should.
Our group is also having this issue.  Can see and hear myself - but not others - and they are the same.
Our group is also having this issue, everyone can see hi mself but no connectivity to others, no Voice, no Video.
Hi folks! Thanks for starting up this thread and sorry for the trouble! Our dev team just pushed out a fix this morning which should address these problems. If you are still having trouble please let us know via Roll20.net/help
Thanks!  For my group Voice/Video is working again, some drops here and there but it gets better.

Thanks! I too have tested  Voice/Video  and it seems to be working again. Will test again with a full group soon. Thank you Dev Team :)
Thanks for the fix. I've confirmed that in my game that the Voice & Video feature is again working for all participants, not just those on the same local network.
