Starting a new Pathfinder Living World

I would like to start a new Living World with the Pathfinder 1E system. I have helped run Living Worlds before and I can run games I know the rules well but I need help with lore and balancing and frankly, I don't want to do it alone. I have a lot of ideas as to what needs doing to make one fun and successful, game balance, etc but rather than give you a long list I much rather chat with you and shoot the breeze. But the two main things are that I do not want to use Spheres or Path, I would like to modify/extend content to make it more balanced, and would like to figure out solutions to many of the problems that plague Living World. I sent you a friends-req on discord (IG88) I have experience with living worlds and balancing, but I have a different take on it then most so let us speak and maybe some fun will come out of it

In particular, I need GMs and people experienced with Living Worlds to help with some of the bigger desicions.

The server is proceeding well, the work in the races to get them all to about 15 RP in power continues.

I have been on holiday this week, will get back to things on Monday, still looking for more GMs to help.

I am still looking for help but the Living World is progressing well. I have completed all the updates to the races now working on Lore for the world which will obviously take a while but we are on track to open next year. Thank you for the feedback so far, people really seem to like the presentation and the changes.

Getting great feedback may start recruiting players soon.
