nothing shows up under marketplace purchases

bought an icon pack (poi markers cc) and nothing shows up in marketplace purchases, I have the recite for purchases so I know it went through.

Hi Mattew! Can you be a little more specific about how and where you are looking for it? Searching the marketplace purchases in the art library can unfortunately be tricky. That particular item should be available by scrolling through your marketplace purchases, but might not show up under a search, depending on the search terms.

yes, I see it there but I can't access it in game, I go to art Library and them Marketplace purchases and there is nothing there 

I suspect we are running into a terminology issue. If you can see it in your art library, then you are almost certainly in your game, since that is where the art library is accessed, but I am not understanding what is broken. Can you post a screen shot of where you are looking for it (I know I am likely asking for a picture of something that isn't there, but it will help explain what the underlying issue is.

I meant I see it in purchases not library, sorry for the confusion

Hi Matthew, I see in the upper right of your screen shot that your search is set for "tokens". The graphics in the " poi markers cc" may not be considered to be tokens, so try changing that option to "Everything".

Hmm. The only other thing that I can think of is that the package might be set up as a "Game Add on". Have you tried looking in the Game Addons dropdown on the game's title page to see if it's there?

Cool :) Glad we found a solution. If possible, you might want to send a message to the publisher of that package to suggest adding that information to their package description.

Thanks Rick! That was my initial suspicion, but I didn't see anything in their description that called it an addon. I second notifying the publisher.
