Charactermancer stopping half-way through character creation

I have a player trying to create a half-elf cleric and when they get half-way through character creation, it loses all of their progress. I had created 5 characters before they tried and there was no issue on my end.

Hi Stiggy, Some additional information would be helpful. Which character sheet are you using? Which compendium are you set to?
