Tokens appearing on other maps

I'm placing a token on one map, I switch maps and the same token is on that map in the same place but I can't move it. Why?
Also noticed that when you delete a token the ghost of the token remains on screen, you can't get rid of it without quitting out of the game and coming back in.
It seems click delete from the drop down menu. select and pressing delete on the keyboard is no longer fine. Used to be fine, not anymore.
Okay… but if I move a token on one page… it appears on ALL pages. Rendering tokens a pain in the ass. Ah well. Checked on other browsers. Same deal.
Only if I undo everything and return it to it's launch state does it all go back to normal. And this is EVERY game.  That's a problem.  Not optimistic about a resolution.

Okay… so… work around is this: Right click delete instead of keyboard delete but if you keyboard delete and it ghosts instead of totally deleting just click it with the mouse and it'll disappear. ALSO if moving any tokens and you encounter this problem, when switching to a new page (GMs) basically click off the map, in the empty area, before switching pages.  I suspect this might be an issue that occurs if you have a secondary screen  OR if you use a wacom/Cintiq so this may be isolated.
I use multiple monitors and have never seen that (and I just tried it), so it's more complicated that just that.  I can't offer much in the way of suggestions, but have you tried using "private browsing" (or whatever the equivalent is in your browser) to rule out extensions and similar causes (that might cause issues with your wacom, but it would at least point you at a cause).

Same as Ken, but you also might also want to try clearing cache and cookies, and logging out and back into the site. This is not a commonly reported problem.
Thank you Ken and Keith. Clearing cache and cookies appears to have done the trick! Much appreciated.
That said though, i seem to have lost the updated version of the site… I think its kicked me back to the older version?
Okay… having cleared cache, I switched the new UI back on (because it default switches it off). And then tried again, dragging characters on to the screen and deleting. ALL fine. BUT… then I dragged a token or any png really on from my library on to the token layer and THAT is when the fault replicated itself. So I'd go to delete that and it'd ghost again.

Ran a test to see if it did this with the new UI switched off and it doesn't do it. Something about the new UI and specifically dragging library images onto the page triggers it at that exact point. Curious if others experience the same following the above instructions. Switch the new UI redesign on in GM mode and drag an image (token or anything really but a png) onto your table (from your library… that's the important part) and press delete on the keyboard to try to get rid of it.
Matter resolved as far as I can tell. I think. I downloaded a new driver and it seems to be ok even with the new UI up and running.
And it repeated the problem with the new driver… joy. So I don't think it's the driver. If I switch off the wacom, it doesn't do it. But people have second screens etc so that's a stupid solution. I have to test more to see if that really is the case as well. One thing is for sure, switching off the new UI absolutely sorts the problem. This simply doesn't happen with the UI off. It ONLY happens with the new UI switched on.

I didn't see if using a private browsing window made a difference. There might be an extension conflict going on.

I don't have a Cintiq to test on, unfortunately, just an Intuos. If it is a repeatable problem with no useful workaround, you might try gathering a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and filing a  Help Center Request . Maybe a dev has a Cintiq, but it might be too niche for them to have a valid test.
