Request: Sheet for my Tabletop Role-Playing Game, Hellborn

Greetings! I am looking for someone to design a few sheets for my TTRPG, Hellborn, a cyberpunk RPG set in Hell. We recently had a Kickstarter campaign for it, and one of our stretch goals was getting a system for it on Foundry VTT, but that was harder than we excepted, and we are looking if it's possible to integrate Hellborn in Roll20. We want the sheet to do the following.&nbsp; A way to allow players to track their stats , skills , HP , Darkness Points (Mana -type resource ) , and a way to roll using their Skills /Stats . A place to write down all of their pieces of equipment . A place to write down their weapons and make attacks with them . Somewhere to write down their abilities and cybernetics (Similar as to how Disciplines are tracked in the Old World of Darkness system ) A bio page , so that they can type down their backstory , write how their character looks , input their token , etc . Below are how the sheets for the game look, to give off a better idea of what we are aiming for. We have a budget of 500 Euros (Around 540 USD) for this. If you have any more questions or are interested in working on this, don't be afraid to reply to this post or send us a message on our email (<a href="mailto:StudioHexgame@gmail.com" rel="nofollow">StudioHexgame@gmail.com</a>).

Hi Fern! I do work for several publishers in content conversion and sheet creation. While foundry and Roll20 are very different vtts, the character sheets (or modules as foundry calls them) work very similarly. Roll20 character sheets are essentially sub websites of roll20 built with html, css, and JavaScript at base. Both vtts have a way to embed the rules and character options in the game as well. This is the compendium on Roll20. In your stretch goal, you mention commissioning the system on Foundry (or now Roll20). I believe your backers would expect compendium resources and integration as well. While your sheet is not exceptionally complex, any sheet is still a large endeavor, and a compendium is not something that can be done without a team of people. I think you need to reevaluate what is within your budget vs what your backers are expecting. Without seeing the rules for the system, I'd roughly expect the character sheet to take a minimum of 40 hours. I typically charge $60USD/hour for sheet work, and would expect a compendium to cost a minimum of $35USD/sourcebook page. These prices seem high, but to build a sheet, you essentially need to be a front end developer (or willing to learn to be). The compendium charge per page is a very rough minimum estimate based on needing a team to do data entry, QA, layout, web styling, and adapt physical art assets to a responsive web environment. Roll20 has assembled a list of contractors and companie s that provide conversion services from small pieces to full service.
Thank you very much for your reply! Admittedly, we overestimated how much something like this would cost, and our ambitions got a hold of us. With the info you have given us, we will see what we can do with the budget we have. Hopefully we can find someone that can help us with the sheets that can also work with our small budget. We aren't looking for something extremely nuanced and akin to the sheets that higher-end studios can produce, just a place to write down numbers and roll dice, without much styling. Though, most likely, with our limited budget, we can't do that either. In the worst case scenario, we'll have to wait before we can achieve that goal. Again, we are extremely grateful for your information.
