Error message: Dynamic Lighting

I am now getting this error message after having no issues with Dynamic Lighting and building an entire map last week ready for my session tomorrow, This isn't my first time using DL either and my device has not changed. Please help 🙏
Try disabling Dynamic Lighting in the Game Settings and after that, try to load again.  Does your game load?

Hi Kizzy! Things to try: 1. Try a different browser. Try to use either Chrome or Firefox, as they are officially supported. 2. Delete cache and cookies. You said this is a new problem with no change in your setup, so it's possible Roll20 is being sent bad data about your hardware/software. 3. Similarly, try a private browsing window. This will eliminate most extensions. 4. Try turning off anything that alters how your computer interacts with the web at large: VPN, Ad Blocker, Password manager. These have all been culprits in the past. 5. Try logging out of the site and back in. If you use something like a  Dummy Account , the site might think you are not who you say you are, since dummy accounts are typically free accounts.. These are diagnostic steps. Once the problem has been identified, solutions might be more easily found.
Hi TheMarkus1204 and keithcurtis, thanks for coming back to me so quickly. I tried copying the map, then disabling DL, but this still wouldn't load the game/map. I have already tried clearing cache/cookies, incognito, turning off any plug-ins etc and logging out and in again, which wasn't successful. However, I did just try using Firefox instead of Chrome and this worked!! 🎉  Now I think about it, I restarted Chrome after an update and this is when DL and the map wouldn't load, so could be connected to that. I will use Firefox in the game tonight, but longer term I think it's a Chrome patch issue. Is there a way to log this bug with Roll20?
Try Loading your game with Chrome again, then open Developer Console and copy the logfile. File a Helpcenter Request and attach your console log to it. This should help the devs figuring it out and - maybe - fix it (if it is not a browser issue) Kizzy said: Hi TheMarkus1204 and keithcurtis, thanks for coming back to me so quickly. Here are some links to the procedures TheMarkus1204 mentioned: Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) Help Center Request
Hi Kizzy! I am glad to hear it is working on Firefox although that may not necessarily be ideal for you. Could you share some device specs for me here? If you are using a pre-built computer the make/model would be very helpful. Otherwise the following info is very useful: Operating system CPU/GPU information RAM Browser Version I'll also iterate that the console log that Keith and Markus mention can also be helpful here. Thank you!
Yesterday, I was having some problems on both Roll20 and also with viewing graphics on my local drive. I applied a Chrome update the day before, then installed new Windows 10 update about an hour before the issues began. Nothing fixed it until I did a cold restart (shut down my PC, waited a full minute, then started it up again). After that all worked as it should.
Thanks all, hard restart didn't work. I have logged the issue. Here is the info you asked for, Drespar 😊  I am using a MacBook Pro 2020 Operating system: Ventura 12.4.1 CPU/GPU information: Not sure if this is the right info you were looking for...Apple M1 chip RAM: 16GB Browser Version: Chrome 116.0.5845.140
