Pop-out chat colors messed up

When I pop out the chat box, many of the colors are showing wrong, and it makes it all but unusable. The regular rolls are the same color as the background, the border around the text typing box is missing and the border around the As: box is missing I experienced this on Chrome, I'm using the UI Redesign, though toggling off the redesign does not seem to fix the issue.

I have also seen some dark mode behaviors that are making me scratch my head. Does the chat display normally for you if you turn dark mode off?

Yes, if dark mode is off, I can see everything, because the text is black but the bg is white.

It is not just this issue with the popped out chat.  The sole reason why I still use Light Mode in VTT is, that when the campaign is loaded, some elements are just displayed wrong (it is not recognized that dark mode is active). Switching back to Light mode and then again to Dark Mode fixes it, but only temporarily and for this session. And sadly this issue STILL exists and was not fixed since dark mode was introduced... -.-
