CoC question on the books in the marketplace

My friend is going to run us a few sessions for the next few months, and they have the physical books.  I wanted to know if it would be easier to buy the keepers book, and players book for them here, or the keepers bundle.   Also does the compendium work like dnd 5e where it all gets added to the character sheet as options in the charactermancer?  or do we still have to manually add everything to the sheet even if we own the book from the marketplace

If you own the Keeper Rulebook (and potentially also the Investigator Handbook), all these options will be available in the character-mancer like you are used to from 5e. Drag and drop functionality is provided and content sharing is also enabled.  The Keeper Bundle has the Rulebook + Keeper Screen (and some Macros) as well as the Starter Set with modules. It doesn't include the Investigator Handbook.  Hope this helps.
Can't speak for the Keepers Bundle or the Rulebook etc. (as I own the physical books and do not see a reason to buy them again. I use other tools to build my characters). BUT if you want to get full access to the charactermancer you need to buy those. I have the Malleus Monstroum and the Grand Grimoire and yes, you can easily drag'n drop those on to the character sheet and use them... In order for it to work you need to use the official Cthulhu 7e Shee by Roll20 and all sheets have to be inline (no popped-out sheets as they do not accept drag'n drop from the compendium) Propas said: My friend is going to run us a few sessions for the next few months, and they have the physical books.
