Show full images even while using Dynamic Lighting

Through the course of my D&D campaign, when the party encounters certain things, I'll show a picture of what they encountered, dropping it into the game area and sizing it up so that everyone can see the full image.  Is there an easy way to do this while we're on a screen that uses Dynamic Lighting, so that it shows the whole image and not just the parts that are overlapping areas they can currently see?
Place a small copy of the image in a "dead" spot, click on it and press shift+z and it will show up large over the map.

If you have an image of the item or creature, place it on the GM layer or in an area that the players will never see. When you want to display the image to the players, select it and press SHIFT+Z. Both you and the players will see a magnified view of that image displayed over the map. Players can  click on the image to dismiss it.
