I played Rifts back in high school, and i always loved the game setting and general themes, but felt as if the system had too many holes and missed concepts that didn't translate well from rulebook to gameplay. Now, in my wisdom of age, want to overhaul the system with a slew of house rules and hacks without getting rid of the original rules all together. Its been awhile, so I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on what you would like to see fixed, What are the main things that make it grind to a halt or just doesn't work on the table?
