All character sheets in all games suddenly blank

So, I was just copying some information from one character into my Foundry server, and when I clicked away for a bit and clicked back, my Roll20 tab refreshed automatically. I thought nothing of it, assuming the tab was just reloading because I was away from it for too long, but when I opened my character sheet, every single box was empty, as if it was a totally new, blank PC sheet. Then I realized that when I open ANY character sheet including NPCs and monsters, it appears as a totally blank PC sheet. And upon further testing, it isn't just this game, but EVERY game which seems to have this bug. Handouts seem unaffected, but character sheets are completely broken. I really, REALLY hope that information isn't totally deleted, because there's a lot that I don't know if I could recover. I noticed several posts from a couple of years ago with seemingly this same exact issue, but I couldn't find any actionable information in those forum posts, and apparently they were all already closed.

Just opened a game to a blank character that I know "was" completely filled out.  Now all fields are empty! Opened a support ticket #165838. I suggest other's do the same.

It seems to be affecting the Character Sheets, thankfully the attributes are all fine. Real question is what about things in the character sheet that aren't tied to attributes? For example, filled out text for abilities in 13TH Age.&nbsp;
Same problem!
same
Happened to me too! And not just with D&amp;D 5e char sheets, but with Pathfinder 2e sheets too. WHAT is going on here? And I sure hope this can be fixed and rolled back, otherwise I have to spend hours to get my PC and NPC sheets done again. X_X
A friend of my mine just confirmed that you can switch to the new UI you can see the character sheets.&nbsp;
Hey folks -- if you reload I think this should be fixed. Sorry for the momentary panic there. Let us know if it's still happening, though.

It would seem that those who clicked on the empty fields in the panic (like me) have now parts of their character sheets permanently registered as empty, so if this happens again, I would advise not to touch anything.
Just tried again and it looks like all the information is back where it should be!
I think the issue was for free users, I upgraded and there it magically disappeared.&nbsp;
Switch to the UI redesign and back again if you don't like it. It seems to fix the problem.

If you would like, you can submit a Help Request&nbsp; <a href="https://help.roll20.net/hc/requests/new" rel="nofollow">https://help.roll20.net/hc/requests/new</a> &nbsp;and we can see if we can rollback your game to a previous version which would restore any lost data. Sorry about that!
