Invasive Account/Icon, cannot purge, no record of it, annoying, please help!

So, to put it as simple as possible, there's a ghost account connected to mine somehow. On the game page, there's a generic icon next to my image that I cannot purge. (see arrow and ???) I've tried changing my icon and all, but it's still there. I assure you, this is a 100% custom self creation. You can see from the documents modify screen, that the account Dad Jesus  appears, but there are ZERO players in the game. (It is pretty hilarious that I'm apparently being haunted by Jesus, but FFS I need this fixed because it's maddening) Recreating the game is simply not an option. There's far too much invested in it already. How did this happen? How is there a secondary icon by my "Created By" and how do I get rid of it? None of the other posts I've looked up that cover phantom players cover anything like this. (grumbling sigh) [ EDIT:  I have tried copying the game, and doing so removes that icon until I log in, at which point it appears once more, and Dad Jesus is still a choice for controlled by, when there's no record of them even being part of the game outside of possibly that icon. I know for a fact that I have never shared ownership of this game with anyone. My eye is literally twitching right now. LOL]

Hi Wraith,  The green icon in your second image indicates you are logged into your game. It is nothing to be concerned about.  As for the phantom player, sometimes a phantom player could be someone you once invited to the game. Perhaps you copied the game from an older game that had them in it? Thus they might be a remnant bit of code.  Since the bug report forum is primarily for users helping users and there is nothing a user can do about the issue my suggestion is to reach out to the Devs via the Help Center . Perhaps they can remove the phantom player.

Why does it still appear when you've logged out of the game though? Just tried it with another that I hadn't touched in years - no icon before logging in, icon now that I have. It's just super weird. [ EDIT:  After logging in to the second, the icon was gone from the first. Maybe shows your last logged in game? (shrugs)] I will try the help center now. Thanks again!

Wraith said: Why does it still appear when you've logged out of the game though? It may depend on how you logged out of the game. Roll20 does not always register you as logged out if you hit "X". You have to go to the My Settings tab, then click "Exit Game".  Additionally, if you had been in the game while you also had the campaign details page open (where you have the 2nd screenshot) it won't update unless you refresh.
