Animated GIF tokens with border

Very occasionally I create an animated token for one of my Players. Each time I have to relearn steps becuase I do this so infreqently I forget. Documenting my method here so I can find it again. Also because it might benefit someone else and there are big brains out there that might point out easier paths or a reduction in steps to create an animated token (with a border!). 1, find or create a GIF (convert a snip of a video into a GIF) 2, online GIF editor: trim the frames or extend to suit duration and file size 3, o nline GIF editor:  crop to circle, save to computer 4,  Excel: Insert tab, Illustrations, Shapes, Oval. Lock Aspect Ratio! adjust circle size, line width and colour  (high contrast is good). copy circle to clipboard 5, GIMP: Edit paste circle. do this without a file open and it will create a workspace with a transparent background with just the circle from excel  6, GIMP: File - Open as Layers... add animated GIF to GIMP project. Gif will be bigger than the circle or smaller than the circle. 7, Excel: back to the circle. make sure to Lock Aspect Ratio and adjust circle size in excel. copy circle to clipboard 8, GIMP: redo steps 5, 6 & 7 till the GIF fills inside of Circle (just close the previous images "discard changes") 9, GIMP: Export As gif (expand "select file type" in export popup) 10, Online GIF editor: edit GIF and remove first frame (the blank circle), download 11, drag and drop to Roll20 and assign to character.
