Hey! We got to the bottom of this! The Blades in the Dark sheet, and some other sheets, encode various strings in the actual sheet data at the time of creation. For example, because the Blades in the Dark Sheet allows you to customize the label for "Stress" and dynamically populates XP triggers when you choose your playbook, those fields get written into the sheet data. Other strings on the sheet are dynamically translated. It looks like this sheet was created in the Spanish language and then the player changed their language to English and returned and entered their playbook name, "Lurk". So base equipment and XP triggers, Stress and Trauma are in Spanish but anything automatically translated, as well as their playbook specific abilities, equipment and XP triggers are in English. We'll write up some best practices documents for sheet authors to try to avoid this on sheets in the future, but its likely that, with the Blades sheet's need to be able to support many hacks and expansions, this is probably the best way for this sheet to be implemented. So unfortunately it just won't be stable if you don't create the sheet in the same language that you intend to use it in. TheMarkus is correct about Das Schwarze Auge 5. We did have an issue with that some time ago where translation strings got jumbled which caused a similar looking issue on that sheet. Thats not the same thing happening here.
