You need to reassign the token directly to the sheet! It is definitely a bug occuring lately... Open the Token and in the "Represented by" select the character sheet. It occurs every time you or a player upload a token directly to the sheet (not just an Avatar)! If you drag those on the map, they show the token uploaded to the sheet, but the "Representing..." is emtpy... EDIT: After you have done so, you need to open the Sheet while the token is highlighted and set this as the default token for the sheet... After that it works consistently...
