Make more space to be able to edit text in handouts by allowing fields to be collapsed

When I'm editing the text for "Description & Notes" or "GM Notes" in a handout it's kind of crazy how little usable space there is because the other fields can't be collapsed. Sometimes if I'm writing all my prep (i.e. like an actual module in Roll20) in Roll20 there's a lot of text and the fact I can only see like 15 lines of text at a time is really frustrating. I don't need to see stuff like the picture, tags, or whomever's journal it's in while I'm writing.

When editing a handout, you can pull down the bottom edge of the handout window or the bottom of the editing window to show more space. This works on my Windows 10 PC but not my tablet. Also, I usually use the scroll bar on the right edge to scroll down so that the picture,  visibility, etc. controls aren't visible. Edit to add that the scroll bar is barely visible in dark mode.
