Constantly Being Disconnected from Game

Good evening. I've been a long time Roll20 user. Up until now, I've not had any issues with connections. In the last month or so, I've been suddenly getting disconnected from our games (red box in the upper right hand corner saying it's disconnected from the server) regularly, within 5-15 minutes of connecting. I'm using the same internet provider (Starlink) that I've used in the past. I've tried using a different browser, I've cleared the cache, used a different router, tried wired and wireless connection. Any suggestions on what else I can look at to try and fix this issue? Its making things nigh unplayable. Thanks for your time.

Hi Heretic,  Unfortunately there isn't much a user can do to help you here so I suggest filing a report with the Devs via the Help Center .  With that said, you might try running a traceroute to see if there is an interruption in service between you and Roll20. If you don't know what a traceroute is there are free to user programs (such as PingPlotter) that can perform traceroutes. You simply plug in the destination and it checks the connection between you and the target. It isn't an absolute measure of things, but might give you an idea of what is going on.
Clearing the cache actually made this problem worse for me.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm having the same exact issue. I've been playing on Roll20 weekly since 2020 using Starlink with no issues and then started to have continuous connection issues the last few months of 2023. Exactly as you describe. I've been trying everything you also suggested with no success either.
