Roll20 Advertising Spam, No Unsubscribe Option on Email

I have been bombarded with advertising emails from Roll20, and cant figure out how to stop the spam. My preferences are selected to "Never, don't send me emails or notifications" & "No" to reminder emails about upcoming events - as shown in the attached screenshot. I looked up the previous thread titled " How do I stop Roll20 Advertising Spam? " but unfortunately the emails I get from Roll20 do not have an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their emails anymore - Please see screenshot for proof. I have tried to use the Help Centre, but there is no dropdown options for what i am experiencing. Can i please have some help? I just want the emails to stop.

Hi Kli,  I think there might be a problem in how the email is opening on your device.  Here is the same email on my computer:  I highlighted the unsubscribe button.  What device and browser are you using to open your email? Perhaps we can troubleshoot how to get the rest of the email to show up.

I did some further investigating via another email account I have and came up with this:  On the left, a view very similar to the view you have.  On the right, I highlighted the text that is missing. It is there, but it is invisible.  My guess, some email services don't like the way the email is formatted and are displaying it as a white background with white text.  Please try to highlight the text on your email, hopefully it is still there and you can find the unsubscribe button. 
Thank you for the prompt reply - you are correct the Unsubscribe was hidden, and i had to select all in order to see it. I was able to successfully unsubscribe to your email services, thank you. For internal troubleshooting, I am using Windows 10 Home 64-Bit (10.0 Build 19045), and using the preloaded mail program. Due to curiosity, i logged into the same email account using the webportal and saw that the email banner shows the correct Unsubscribe with the colored backdrop. I guess since the text of the unsubscribe was in white, and since the colored background image did not show, this is why the white on white was hiding the option.

Hello Kli, sorry about that. Our marketing team will take a look and see what we can do about the white text for the unsubscribe; completely unintentional!
