Saved Character Sheet Stuck on Charactermancer

I was looking at a character sheet i had saved from a campaign i had left when i accidentally pressed level up with charactermancer. I tried pressing next but that was grayed out and the optout button wasn't working, so i opened another tab to look at it and it was just blank. I showed the sheet for a few seconds while loading but it then shifts to a white screen a second later, before taking 30 more seconds for the loading text to leave and showing just the blank screen. Orignal Tab. New Tab a few seconds into loading. Tab when it finishes loading. Some more info if it helps, This Sheet came from a game with book i don't own and made with the fighter subclass eldritch knight which i do not own to the book for.

Hi Gotto,  What happens when you refresh the browser? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies?  If neither of those help your best bet is to file a report with the Devs via the Help Center . 

Hi Gotto! When you make your report, it might be helpful to mention the book the sheet came from.

With D&D 5e this sometimes happened to me when there were a lot of books to go through. After refreshing the browser, I always saw the character, sometimes the background details were missing.
