So i may be a bit slow at times at first because even i may need to double check rules so thats why feel free to message even if you have also never used the system before. As you can imagine for making a game about it i absolutely love pokemon, and started making the ideas for this region years ago, and yes... even before Scarlet and Violet used the trainer schools as their start point, so i am not coping them. I want my players to have fun and enjoy the world and that includes my npc's which i put a lot of work into making them feel real like people living in the world with their own hopes and dreams. So at times npc's may get some focus but the pc's will always receive more. I love using character backstory in my games as well, so if you give me something i will use it. I feel better with fewer players as it allows me to give better focus to the players i have and also allows the npcs to be used without feeling like i'm drowning out the players. also if your worried about all this npc talk like 'oh, the npcs are just dm pc's" then i hope you will think on this. i want my worlds to fill interesting and fun and i want you the players to care about the world and its people and the best way to do that is to make sure there are a lot of fun characters for you to meet and journey along side of. Because of this it is a insanely popular vacation area but despite this the local culture stays strong and it is the origin of the pokemon contest but that is not to say they don't battle here after all power and strength in battle is also beautiful as is kindness. "the goal of life is to live beautifully, in both soul and body" is a statement heard almost everywhere within the region. to those who live there, there are almost unlimited potential as it has a league, the contests with its unique version of contest, but also sports events and even art shows. but every story has a beginning and this story begins in bianco town a small town that is where a certain pokemon professor decided to build his new academy which is a branch school of the one in the capital, their he hopes to help train new trainers in whatever they wish to specialize in. perhaps you are a local, just moved nearby or purposely came here to meet with the professor as rumors say they have uncovered a unique power held within this nation. what you want to do is up to you, but as you are the first year class of the school, you do have to live up to certain aspects and you must also follow the laws of the land and the rules of the school. Set up: you are all students at the newly founded Academy in Bianco town, your goal is to attend school, journey the region, participate in contests/battles or anything else, and perhaps there is a villain team? you are all 15 or older(you can have a little age difference but mostly stick to the age), as that is the age of becoming a trainer in this region.
