Roll20 Loads Insanely Slow Despite Fast internet speed

Hello hello, I have an Massive Issue. Roll20 Loads Slow not just like slow its like SNAIL SPEED maybe even slower i am sitting here now waiting for a map to load that is only 2k for over 5 minutes. normaly it takes a few secounds my speed is not the problem i have 60mbit currently. and the map loads on the Tool i used to make it Extremly fast. funny enough is when i Load Roll20 WIth my Phone Without Wifi. It loads normal. so i have the feeling it has something to do with my router? or my conncetion itself anyway i need help to slove this. I would appricate if someone could explain me why that happens and how to fix it. thank you in advance

Hi Adroan! Some things to try: Have you tested using an alternative browser? Deleting cache and cookies? Test using a private browsing window? Temporarily turning off any VPN or adblocker-type software?

I have done all i dont own a vpn so i cant Deactive that and adblock is deactivated on Roll20. i dont understand it because a few days ago everything was fine

Next step. You say that it seems to load fine on your phone? Do you have an alternate desktop machine you can test on? If not, the best bet is to collect a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request .
