Compendium Drag and Drop not filling in HP/AC/Size (Still not working almost a month later)

I have seen the other posts and submitted a ticket. But this issue is far too big for it to be ongoing for the last month now. What is the point in having all of these purchases in my compendium - if I have to fill things out manually. I am paying monthly on top of that for a huge bug to not even be addressed.  Two games I run weekly are now affected by this issue. It makes prep difficult and on-the-go sessions even more difficult when adapting or dragging things onto the map. I have been a long-term subscriber and believe Roll20 is great when it works but I am disappointed that the response to my ticket was "try copying the game" - which clearly doesn't work. Copying the game does not work. It works for 3 or 4 drags - that is all. Disabling all API's does not work. Remaking the game does not work. Making another module does not work. Making a completely empty game does not work. Resetting default settings works for 3 or 4 drags - and then the issue persists. All tokens are affected (I have a plethora of modules/books to pull from). Please - I want to continue using R20. But this is making it far more difficult than it needs to be.

I've been experiencing the same behavior and have also submitted a ticket. I also have tried the suggestion of making a copy of my game, but would rather see a fix to the problem rather than a work-around. Since I always pre-plan even my "random" encounters, I don't need to deal with manually filling out the token bars and bubbles on-the-fly, but this does make pulling NPCs from the compendium a chore. However, it's not enough to make me quit this VTT. (Mainly because of inertia, but also I can't afford to re-buy all the resources that I use.) I know that Roll20 doesn't have a huge staff with platoons of coders that they can deploy to solve these problems, and that the bigger changes to Roll20 are more of a priority right now (i.e., Jumpgate and the new MOD sandbox), but I hope these kinds of glitches don't get forgotten by the way-side.
I too am having the same problem.

Can you please remind the Devs also to CLOSE completed Threads in the Suggestions Forum? i.e. those threads regarding Map Folders / Map organization? THX! Encountered this issue yesterday as well, assuming all bought resources if your using the right character sheet settings (5E for me to clarify), is it supposed to auto populate with every compendium including 3rd party if you have it preset, or am I wrong? (game settings preset example but still this issue occurred below)

Hi Feyte, Yes, those are the settings by which the Compendium is supposed to populate tokens. Unfortunately there is a bug in some games (not all). The Devs are trying to track it down but being specific to some games and not all is making that job harder.  I too am affected by this, all 3 of my active games are affected, it is a bit of a bother when I want something from the Compendium.
Usually jump on preorders - but with this still not being fixed - I don't see how I can reliably run 2-3 regular sessions a week for different groups knowing that one of the most basic features for a VTT doesn't work. Populating a token/linking it correctly is a basic expectation from purchasing anything here. Why is this not a priority? For anyone else lurking, you can temporarily fix the issue for about 3 to 4 drag and drops by clearing your cache, restarting the sandbox and logging in and out. You need to continue to do this every time the issue occurs (and it does...every single...time...). I really don't want to migrate to another VTT with how much money I have sunk into Pro Subs and content here. Please, can someone do or at least pretend to try to do something about this?
