I keep getting the message 'an error has occurred' whenever I try searching for something in the compendium during a game. I've tried a few different games and it's the same thing every time.
Same issue here. Cache has been cleared, tried different browsers (chrome, edge, firefox, opera), changed some global settings off and on (just to see). Same issue no matter what we search. Ive searched for simple terms like "book", "orc", "dragon", etc.
Also been having the same issue on Google Chrome! I have tried all the recommended things such as managing extensions and clearing the caches, but nothing seems to work so far. Here is what I keep getting on the code side.
Having the same issue. It extends to character sheets as well. When making a new character, no options are available for race, subclass, class, feats, backgrounds. Since the compendium is down, all character sheet options are blank as well.
Hi Folks, The Devs are aware of the issue with the Old Compendium and the Charactermancer and are working on a fix. In the meantime you can switch to the New Compendium by going to the My Settings tab (top right corner) and turning on Beta and then New Compendium. Edit: Unfortunately that will not solve the Charactermancer issue. But in the meantime you can drag and drop items from the Compendium onto your character sheet.
SempiternalKai said: Even turning on the beta functions isn't fixing it for the charactermancer for me. I think the charactermancer is still effected by this. Correct, but you can drag and drop items from the New Compendium onto a character during this time.
It's a known issue that the Devs are working on right now.
