Rogue Trader Character sheets not calculating Aquisition Tests correctly

Basically, the aquisition tests are not adding the modifiers correctly. They are appearing in the calculation when you hover over the roll, but they don't actually change the total threshold of the roll.

Which character sheet are you using? There are three Rogue Trader sheets. 
If you don't know the name please supply a screenshot.

hello there i assume you are using rogue trader improved? if yes can you be more specific?
would like to know if there is a bug since im the author and maintainer

It was the Rogue Trader Improved sheet.

However, it now seems to be working fine. I genuinely have no idea what was going on with it, but we had a profit factor of 44, +10, +20, +0, it was showing as still 44.

well some times errors in rolls, happen due to browser updates, or the sheet needs to refresh
closing and opening the sheet again usually solves most problems, and refreshing your browser tab
