My Monsters Got Scattered, and Rollback *Deleted* Them?

Yesterday, I went into my campaign and discovered that most of my campaign's monsters and sheets had been dumped out of their folders into one giant blob in alphabetical order: <a href="https://imgur.com/a/KthRfcD" rel="nofollow">https://imgur.com/a/KthRfcD</a> I submitted a help ticket at that time, and went to bed. Today, I looked into it further and decided to try to Rollback as early as possible to see if that would fix the issue. Instead, the character sheets that were previously only scattered are now completely GONE! <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/16170651/planescape-chapter-23" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/16170651/planescape-chapter-23</a> This includes all of the character sheets of one of my players, as well as several hundred monster blocks. When I used Rollback again to go back to yesterday, they were still missing, which is mystifying considering they were there last night as seen in the imgur screenshot. Some help would be much appreciated; I'd really rather not lose this campaign.
Oh jeez. And I just now checked a backup campaign that I made 3 months ago and haven't touched since, and the same blocks are missing from that backup campaign! How is that even possible!? Literally the same player's character (Kali) is gone from it, along with most of my monster blocks that didn't come with the module itself. So this bug has affected multiple campaigns of mine! I have a second backup campaign that I made around the same time to test the Jumpgate Beta. If this bug is something that's taking effect when I go into a campaign, then it's possible that the missing characters are still "alive" in there. As before, help would be very much appreciated here.
UPDATE: The problem has magically resolved itself, thankfully! The scattered blocks even arranged themselves back into their folders!
Me too...keep refreshing...and waiting...been 36 hours...still a problem

Hey everyone affected by this, the Devs have pushed a new post . Please go read it and if you need further help follow the directions. Short version: an extension was not the cause, Roll20 found the root cause. They are offering rollbacks to anyone that needs one but due to how rollbacks work there is a limited timeframe for that (7days).
