Hi Robin, I ran into that also. Are you using https://roll20.net/welcome or https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/search/ ? Try using the roll20.net/welcome version, it worked for me. Once it worked the first time it worked thereafter for me even on the https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/search/ page. I expect it is some kind of glitch.

I'm experiencing this issue right now. I've tried Gauss' suggestion and neither page works for launching any of my games. Attempting to launch any game from any page fails and sends me to this page: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/search I've tried on both Firefox and Chrome. Edit: Nevermind, it started working literally right after I posted this.
I'm having this issue now. Any time I try to select my campaign (Candlekeep Mysteries), it just redirects me to the /campaigns/search. I've also tried copy/pasting the hyperlink, and it also redirects me there.
Having this issue as well, it just sends me to the campaigns/search page regardless of what link I use.
Hey there -- Sorry that you're running into this issue. Can you try Signing Out of your account and back in and seeing if that helps? We're trying to figure out what's causing this to happen.

Hi there, I'm unable to launch my campaign at all from either page, even after logging out and back in. EDIT: I opened my game in a new tab and that worked though
I had the same issue, but signing out and signing back into my account solved the issue.
Logging out and back in didn't help. Tried to enter a game several times for about 3 minutes and then it somehow worked.
I had the same problem. I tried to open another previous game and it worked when I came back to the one that was not working.

Also having this issue (though I successfully ran a game this morning, revisiting the campaign to launch again didn't work). The roll20.net/welcome URL doesn't change anything since it's the Launch game button that triggers the erroneous webpage. Some kind of glitch or bug clearly.

Hi folks, For those of you that are still having the issue could you try hovering over the launch button, right clicking, then select "copy link address"? Then paste that into your URL bar and try launching that way?
Hey folks -- This issue seems to be really intermittent (i.e. it's affecting a small subset of users, and then will randomly resolve itself, then we won't get any reports for a long time, then suddenly it will happen to a group of users again). We're not really sure what's causing it at this point. We haven't made any major changes that should cause any issues like this. What would be helpful is if it happens to you, if you could give us a Network HAR Snapshot of what's going on when it happens, that would at least help us figure out the specific sequence of events that's causing it. Here's a general help article on creating a HAR file: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408828867098-Generating-a-HAR-file-for-troubleshooting If you're able to do that and send it into us via the Help Center that would be incredibly helpful.
Okay I think we actually figured out the root cause here. Let us know if it's still happening to you. It had to do with a weird change our CDN provider made without us realizing about it.
I ran into the same problem, can't launch a game. After waiting for a while and trying other games I have, (which didn't launch either), I was finally able to launch the game I wanted.
