DND 4th Edition Powers / Quick Macro Bar

Good Afternoon. Been doing some searching on the forums and either couldn't come up with the right combination of words to lead to the result, or I just missed it - but - my group used the Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition template, and added all of their powers on the section pre-created for powers. We are now trying to utilize the quick macro bar for some of these powers but cannot find a way to call a power from the quick macro bar. I'd think it's something fairly simple, I just don't know how to do it. For Example: Power-1 is Ardent Strike. Under the 4th ed template, it has been configured to work off the "Roll" button associated with the macro, and I would like to duplicate whatever script that Roll button is for the Quick Macro Bar. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Use %{Character Name|-power-1} in a macro or ability, replacing "Character Name" with the name of the appropriate character, and "1" with the appropriate number for the desired power. (This number is displayed in the lower-left corner of the power when expanded.) Note the dash before "power". Once you have created the ability or macro, you can check the appropriate checkbox(es) to have the ability/macro appear in the macro bar and/or token action bar.
