It's a dangerous job. There's several sub realms in the dreamscape that you have to traverse to get to the inner sanctum of the dreams you're trying to steal each more dangerous than the last. Physically and emotionally.
Now a good dream thief team has learned to manipulate items on the realms throughout the centuries so there are campaign specific spells/abilities.
