With 20 years of TTRPG experience in D&D, Pathfinder, WoD, and more, I can guarantee the opportunity to live out a thrilling fantasy adventure of whatever style you're looking for. I've only got almost a thousand hours on Roll20, but my cumulative game design experience is massive. I'm a big fan of the "traditional D&D Experience." An experience where we get to put on funny names, talk in funny voices, and pretend to be funny people. It's also an experience where we get to be vulnerable and intense. I want to deliver a combination of excitement and whimsy, and I invite you to come along for the ride. If you'd like to know a bit about me, I have a lot of goals and ideals I'm working towards. I have a Bachelor's in Game Development, an Associate's in Game Design, and I've spent tens of thousands of hours outside of those degrees studying games. I want to bring games to people because it's the only thing I've ever dreamed of doing. I'm working on getting steady Video Game Development work, I currently work for an indie game studio known as Outer Games Entertainment, and I'm working on a personal project with Vajra Enterprises. Once I properly get my foot in the door somewhere, I'll attempt to make my way up to Creative Director, and from there I'll finally have an opportunity to shape the gaming landscape with my will. I've got a long way to go yet, and I'd love for you to join me for a time and tell some stories by the fire. Game development is slow and often unprofitable. However, games can teach people valuable lessons, give people necessary escape, provide people with a proving grounds to exercise their brain, and so much more. Those are worthwhile endeavors that I can believe in. For these reasons, and others, I subscribe to numerous services for voice modulation, sound effects, music, imagery, maps, and more so that I can offer you a sincere and worthwhile service. I make tokens, design or redesign monsters, write with deep consideration for your backstories, and try to learn about you as a gamer and a person so that I can deliver a better experience. This Game My favorite flavor of game is Pathfinder 1st edition sprinkled with Homebrewed Spice , so for Unlikely Allies , a 5 or 6 player campaign running for between 6 and 14 sessions , that is what I will be running. The rules for this system are a little bit "crunchy," but they reward practice, flexibility, and creativity. Furthermore, I'll deliver you a premade character if you want me to, it can be as simple to play as you want it to be, and I'll teach you how to play it with just a few clicks. The rules I'll be using for this campaign include the consideration of 3rd Party Content on a case by case basis, the Elephant in the Room Feat Changes, Background Skills, Traits and Drawbacks, and Mythic Adventures. I can answer questions about those rules on request, and details can be found on the LFG page. These changes are in line with my game design philosophy of offering players interesting choices, rewarding creative avenues of play, and reducing the impact of punishment mechanics. Players with an interest in Unlikely Allies can feel free to go as in depth as they like on character creation, but the only requirements for submitting a campaign application are your chosen class, chosen race, and a handful of intended background details. Players can choose to use point buy, to roll for stats, or to set up a point buy character and see if you can roll for a better result, but rolling will take place in Roll20. Players with an interest in playing but lacking knowledge of available options may message me directly for advice and recommendations on class and race choice for a specific character concept, or players may choose to submit placeholder options that match your concept thematically and talk about character design options later. Unlikely Allies is a campaign designed around setting flexibility. If the players feel strongly about playing in a particular setting, that will be an option. Because of this flexibility, campaign specific traits from other content will be allowed on a case by case basis. The variability on total sessions for this campaign is dependent on the types of encounters players are or aren't interested in. Survival encounters, Social Encounters, Puzzle Encounters, and Combat Encounters are all different forms of TTRPG content, and you have the agency to participate, move on, or seek out your desired content. Exploration Encounters, like Dungeons and Wilderness Events, will be present to offer a balanced mixture of encounter types. during the period of Session Zero, and before or after future sessions, players will have the opportunity to voice their preferences for gameplay opportunities. Once this campaign is concluded, players that wish to continue may opt in to higher level play. During a higher level campaign players may decide to engage with Kingdom level content; negotiating with regions or groups people, frontier exploration and settlement building, and/or advanced player actions requiring downtime, resources, or power. These actions usually require planning, research, and time consuming execution, so it's not the kind of content planned for Unlikely Allies, but I do offer those experiences. I offer 3 hour sessions for $20 per participant and 6 hour sessions for $30 per participant , payments can be made through Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or your preferred payment method, Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. If you have a campaign you would like to request you may send me a message and we can talk about it. Please double check before applying or messaging: You are 18 or older You are willing to play for 3 hours a week You have a Roll20 account You have a Discord account You have a mic
