Highlight Player's Browser On Turn

As title says, is there a way to highlight the browser on a player's turn when it's their turn? It might help with people who have ADHD and look away from the game.

There is a MOD called Turnmarker1 that highlights a player's token when their turn comes up, but the use of MODs requires a Pro subscription.
