Considering the small size of the image in the already small pop-up as well as how hard it is to find an exact option for large rollable tables, I think writing the names of the different entries (which are able to be inputted on the table but unused anywhere else as far as I am aware) below the slider would give much more clarity to exactly which entry you're currently on, make naming the different entries actually matter and would be a quick and unintrusive change to the UI in general.
