I am using Firefox and I cannot see my players 3d dice roll on my screen...

I am using Firefox as my browser and I cannot see my players 3d dice roll on scree. The results show up in the chat. Do I have to enable something in my Firefox browser settings? Please help. I love seeing my players dice roll on screen....

Hi Dwayne! The settings should be in the settings tab on the right hand side (the gear icon) in-game. If that doesn't fix the issue, the best next step would be a  Help Center Request .

Tiny bit more information to add-on what keithcurtis said, Both people need 3D dice ENABLED in their Roll20 game settings, to see it. If an other Player doesn't have it Enabled, or if you don't have it Enabled, either way the 3D dice won't show up.

(I don't use the 3d dice for a number of reasons, so was working by memory).

So with a little testing I have determined that this is a bug with the new 2024 character sheets unless someone can tell me differently. I tested a new campaign with 2014 sheets and even switched my campaign I was using to 2014 sheets and Bingo....we could see the shared dice roll on our screens. The weird thing is that is only affecting the " sheet clickable s"...when you manually roll dice with the sidebar slot everyone still sees the dice. FDor some reason its a bug attached to the sheet clickabale s. I cant imagine that this is happening to everyone which leads me to belive its a unique anomolly to me...or a browser setting or something.... Any help would be great. NOTE...I dont see my layers rolls on screen and they dont see mine either so its a shared bug ? -Dwayne

So to restate and simplify the issue ---- D&D 2024 sheet-rolls do not trigger the 3D dice.  From what I'm understanding of your post.  I will test it and try to replicate. I have some ideas but I'm not sure without reseraching more into this. 

A bit stumped, so far. More info may help. I've tested on a fresh D&D 2024 game. Turned on Settings → Dice Options → 3D Dice Enabled AND Roll 3D Dice Automatically. Rolled initiative from the Character Sheet button. It works for me and shows 3D dice. Went on to test Hit rolls and skill checks too, all working to roll 3D.   You wouldn't need other Players in the game to test this. If your 3D dice are working, it will roll for yourself if you're in the game alone.  Can you tell exacrtly where you're clicking on the Character Sheet that does not trigger the 3D dice? You mean places like Initiative button, right?  Here is a screenshot of it working for my test,

Confirmed, 3D dice rolls show up for the roller, but not the other players in the game when making rolls from the D&D 5e 2024 by Roll20 character sheet. Reproduction:  Open a character using the D&D 5e 2024 by Roll20 character sheet. (Note: using Jumpgate) Enable 3D dice for the roller (player making the rolls).  Also enable 3D dice for the observer (player not making the rolls).  Have the roller roll something in chat (not from the character sheet).  Result: roller and observer both see 3D dice.  Next, have the roller use something on the character sheet (skill, ability, attack, whatever). Result: the roller sees 3D dice, the observer does not.  To notify the Devs I suggest filing a bug report via the Help Center as the bug report forum is primarily community support.
