Explore the mysterious lands of Kalimdor or delve through the
dark ruins of the Eastern Kingdoms! Meet stalwart heroes and cruel
villains, and earn your place among them! Expect culture clashes and
conflict as old tensions bubble to the surface! I am looking
for players for a weekly game set in the Warcraft setting using the Warcraft
RPG rules for 3rd edition DnD. You do not need to be intimately familiar with the
setting, but I do expect you to curious about it and find it
interesting. After all, the primary reason for playing this version
of the game is to immerse yourself in this particular world. I
am happy to teach new players but I will note that DnD 3rd edition is
a more complex game than 5th edition. Hardly insurmountable, but if
you are new to the system be aware that there might be a lot to take
in. All I expect from you though is an honest effort to learn the
rules, so if you are interested don't let it scare you off! As
a DM I prefer a game with emphasis on roleplay and immersion. The
overarching tone is serious and I aim to portray a living and
breathing world. This means that I also expect my players to create
characters that mesh with the world and react to it
accordingly.
The intent is to start off with a
couple of smaller missions / quests suitable for low level
characters. Once we have a stable group I hope to extend the game to
a longer campaign that would include visiting more places in the
world and delving into some larger dungeons.

This is a description of something you
might want to play. I do not want a full character build, nor do you
HAVE to use the concept for your actual character. I just want you to
describe something you think would be interesting, and give me a hint
of how you would try to tie the character to the game world. If you
want to present two concept then I would prefer if they were from
different factions.
