I'm using an iPad, (long story,) and I go to a campaign I gm. Recently, the moment I try to roll something, the Chrome app crashes. This only started today, but has this happened to anyone else? Is it just me, or is something going to crap?
Yeah, its the only campaign, but I don't think the browser installed anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Chrome app, but that changed nothing. Its been working, until yesterday.
Ben , please go to https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues and follow the steps. Also, please send me a join link so I can look at the campaign.
Great to hear that you fixed it but Gauss will probably want to check it to see if the 3d dice rolling has a bug (I don't know if that has been reported or not on their list).
It might be that your mobile isn't capable of supporting the 3d dice function. Ill bring this to the Devs attention to see if 3d dice are supposed to work on an iPad.
The newest Chrome on mobile supports WebGL. However, it's probably crashing because you are running out of memory. So a tablet with more memory would be able to actually use it. That said, maybe we should just disable it since this is a pretty confusing thing to see...
