Sharing bank of characters

Hello,   I would like to create a bank of characters for use in one shot D&D Games where I may have different players each week for a one night game.  Rather than creating characters every week, I would like to assign characters for my players to use.  Example:  "You want to play a wizard? Here are three to choose from".   Is this possible?  If so, How do I share them?   I have created a bunch of characters in my game but my players can't see them.    Thanks.
A player can see characters that that particular player controls. You can make the characters controlled by all characters for the time that they are choosing, and then change control to the single player before the game starts. There is a way to make only the bio visible to all players, using the "show to players" button on the bio tab. That may not be available on all character sheets though; I use the old AD&D 2nd edition sheets.
If you're using the D&D 5e 2014 sheet, you can edit the character sheet to be visible to all players in the journal. That will allow the players to see the characters in the journal and view their bio page, where you can list the character descriptions and as many details about them that you want them to see. If you allow all players to control the character's, they'll be able to see and edit the full character sheet. Once a player picks character, you can go back into the sheet and edit the permissions so that only that player has control of it.

Thanks for the help everyone.  I think I figured it out from your responses.  Have a great day one and all
