Constantly disconnected

I'm being constantly DC'd on one PC. My wife's PC and our ipads aren't effected. I reformatted my PC trying to fix it, but that didn't seem to work. Is there a specific port or something I need to fiddle with to prevent this? I'm trying to DM and I'm having to use my ipad which is super annoying. Anyone know what might be causing it? My session tonight went great for the first two hours and then the last hour I had to go entirely theatre of the mind which I don't mind, but I had a lot of great visuals planned that I had to skip. I also had to resort to rolling dice at my table which is fine for me as a temporary fix, but I don't want this to be the norm. This is the third time this has happened since using roll 20 out of the 5 attempts and I'm hoping there is an easy obvious fix someone who's more tech savvy might know. Thanks!

I did that, that's why I'm here making a post. I can't post a console log because it was purged when I reset. I guess I can the next time it happpens, but for now I just have my word of what happened.

Which browser are you using? I need you to finish the steps (the end of the steps is a console log). Edit: Ok, if it happens again please post a console log.

I'm using Chrome. The console log was purged when I cleared my cache (i think) when I do the command CTRL+SHIFT+J it brings up a window and that window is blank. I went in order on the page you linked me and I would have copied the data out of it before purging my cache had I known. I will be sure to collect it if it happens again. One other thing, if it happens again please try a different browser. If a bug occurs (or not) in different browsers can be helpful information.

Thanks for the console log, before forwarding this to the Devs I will wait for your results on testing it in Firefox.

It appears to work amazingly well on Firefox. I'm not sure why Chrome is giving me fits, but it's VERY responsive on firefox and I've yet to have any issues. I'm going to consider this resolved for now. Thank you for the help sir.

Ok, out of curiousity, what version of Chrome are you using?

I'm using the newest version of both chrome and firefox. I reformatted my PC to try and fix this so everything was reinstalled fresh.

Could you get me the version number of Chrome? There are several 'newest' versions.
