Character Sheets Lost When Frozen Game Reactivated

January 06 (1 month ago)

My group and I finished a Curse of Strahd game about a year and a half ago.  The game became frozen since we hadn't logged on to it since then.  Recently I tried to reactivate it so we could access the old character sheets and use them elsewhere.  When I reactivated the game, nothing was saved from before.  No maps, handouts, character sheets, etc.  I was under the impression that all of this would still be here (at least in some form) when I unfroze the game.  Am I mistaken, or is something wrong?

Ultimately, I'm just looking to gain access to the character sheets again, so if there is a way to accomplish that I would be extremely happy.  If this is working as designed and I'm just SOL, that's fine.  It just seemed strange to me.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Addison!

Data loss like that is pretty unlikely, given how it is stored. My suggestion is to contact the team directly with a Help Center Request. Hopefully, they can investigate and find out what's going on.
