After switching to the old comendium, typing in "longsword" resulted in a list of all compendium entries containing that word. This was two different players, one using Firefox on a Windows 11 PC and the other using Chrome on an older Mac laptop (I don't know the exact version). This was on Sunday, 1/5, around 10:00pm est. Roll20 was running a bit slow for all 7 of us that night; slower than usual character sheet loading, dice rolls, and map page changes). Gauss said: Rick A. said: Thanks Gauss. Since I'm avoiding the D&D 5e 2024 sheet I was not aware of that. In our last game session I had to walk my players through the process of turning off the new compendium. Two of them were having trouble searching for an item in order to drag and drop it onto their ( D&D 5e 2014) character sheet (they had each just acquired a +2 longsword). Once I realized that they were using the new compendium, I had them switch, and that fixed their problem. Gauss said: That is not available in Jumpgate when using the D&D 5e 2024 character sheet as the primary sheet for the game. Rick, could you provide more details on the problem they were having in searching for the Longsword? Odd, if your players get that again could you have them take screenshots of the results and you supply supply the Content Sharing settings? (Which books are green/whitelisted etc.) Will do, although since we're all using the old compendium now I doubt we'll see that again. Follow-up: out of curiosity, I went into my game today and tried this exact search in both old and new compendiums and it worked both ways. Wierd.
