Charactermancer only showing basic (free) options.

I purchased the 2024 player handbook from the marketplace more than 10 days ago, and went to try making a character today, and can only choose things provided in the free basic rulebook. Specifically, when choosing a Tiefling, I can only select "normal" subrace, as well as when choosing a subclass for sorcerer, I only have draconic available. I've tried logging out and back in and I don't have any other ideas of how to get the charactermancer to realize I have the paid 2024 handbook.

You mentioned the Charactermancer but that is the D&D 5e 2014 by Roll20 character builder. The D&D 5e 2024 rules do not work with that sheet.  Did you mean the Character Builder for the D&D 5e 2024 by Roll20 character sheet?
