Can't drop monsters from Compendium?

Hey gang! I've lost the capacity to drag-and-drop monsters from the Compendium tab in my 5e games onto the map. I've cleared my cache and tried in both Firefox and Chrome to no avail. I don't have duplicate entries for these monsters in the Journal either. Has anyone else run across this?

As AlphaOne stated, opening a ticket at our help desk is the best way to get this fixed. Please include the following information: Your Operating System and the fact that you tried both our supported browsers Which sheet your game was using (if you're using both, note which sheet your game was created with) Whether you were using Jumpgate or the Legacy Tabletop If using the Legacy tabletop, also include whether the compendium tab in your sidebar was set to use the new or old compendium Finally, a link to your game
Hi I have the same problem, Im running windows 11, tried both browers, 2024 sheets and tried both on jumpgate and normal game, the normal one the search function of the compendium didn't even worked.

Hi Iniat! I had the same problem for a few days, but it seems to have mysteriously cleared itself up. Here are some workarounds that helped in the interim: After testing along with the Dev team, in my case, the issue seemed to be account-related, and only in certain games. My workaround was to promote my  Dummy Account  to GM temporarily, and run the game from that account. Alternatively, try duplicating the game and see if the problem persists there. I had the problem you are having, but it wasn't present in all games. What also worked was using categories and filters, instead of the search function. This worked even on my base account. As of this morning, though, my compendium seems to be behaving normally. Who knows?
Hi, i tried your fixes and nothing works, i don't know if it's the account since i can drop monsters and create games from modules from the phone... :( I sent a ticket and I'm waiting for response so im hoping to get some help, my computer is pretty decent (I can run bg3 with no problems for example) so I don't know what could be causing the issue, i hope that support can help me. I'm considering buying the bundle while the promo is on, but not being able to use most of the content its a bummer. Thank's for the help anyways!
Fixed! It was a problem with the VPN, I had it turned down but some functions must have been running still, when i fully closed the app the problem was fixed. Thanks!
