
I recently had a friend purchase an entire year of the supporter program for me ($49.99) and it requested my credit card to complete the transaction, but every other day roll20 pings my card for funds I don't have one it (its a pre-paid) and when I went to check my page it is now reading that I do not have the supporter program and that my friends near $50 is now missing? This is both annoying on my part and aggravating on my friends since the money is indeed missing from his bank account. I still have the e-mail that roll20 sent me to notify me of my friends gift....as well as the many e-mails informing me that my card has declined. Please give me some input on this and help me figure out how to fix this.
