Color Coding options in character sheet

Hey all, this is my first time posting in forums. just gotta say that i love using roll20 to play with friends from far away. 🙂 anyway. Color coding. many times i find myself looking through my attack options or skills on my character sheet, and despite being an organized person who knows their spells/attack/skills well, it really bothers me that i don't always IMMEDIATELY see it them! (im looking at YOU persuasion/performance/perception being super close to one another) so it got me thinking, wouldn't it be great to be able to manually assign a color to these things? red for my fire spells? blue for ice spells? pink for charisma skills? green for my feats? perhaps yellow for items i feel are important in my inventory? ect.. or maybe you want to assign colors for different reasons, like tiers of spell levels, or features that add damage? i think this would be a great addon to have for a character sheet, especially for people who are just learning D&D and are just learning how to navigate their own character sheet. what do you guys think?

My first question would be what character sheet are you using? From the context, it looks like you are talking about one of the dozen or so different versions of D&D character sheets. For many sheets you might contact the sheet author. For the D&D 5e by Roll20 (2014) character sheet, I don't think there's going to be much more work being done unless someone has a custom script that will do what you're asking. For the D&D 5e by Roll20 (2024) sheet, that's still in development, so maybe there's hope there! I personally use the D&D 5e by Roll20 (2014) sheet. As a player, I've created macros in my macro bar for my most frequently used attacks and skill. Once there, you can name and change the colors of the buttons as you're describing.
