It’s mostly community help here. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket number to track your issue.  I haven’t touched the Roll20 app because it never supported the games I play or the way I play them.

Hi Jeff B.,  To add to what Andrew R. wrote, the Roll20 Mobile app was created a number of years ago and then hasn't seen any updates (that I am aware of) since. It's functionality has always been pretty limited.  With that said, you might try filing a bug report via the Help Center . See what Roll20 has to say.

If you're getting a warning that the character is not optimized, then it's unlikely you're using the 2014 sheet - I believe that warning only comes up on other sheets. Do you happen to be trying to use a sheet that isn't D&D5e by Roll20, the 2014 version?
