It seems that the new 2024 NPC sheets for caster monsters don't populate spells/actions. For example, the Mage Apprentice (2024). There is just a single action description that lists the names of available spells in a giant text block. But none of them appear in the sheets Spell section or action section. In order to use the NPC sheet, I had to manually drag all the appropriate spells by name from the compendium to add them. Seems to be a similar problem on other caster monsters I've checked.
