Broken Map

If there is a broken map in an Arcadia issue on Roll20, do I report it here or to MCDM? [ It's the Charity's Shrine map from Arcadia No 15. It shows in the thumbnail, but there is no map art when you go to the map. Clicking on the map also makes the thumbnail disappear. I have also reported this on the MCDM Discord. Thanks!

Hi Patrick! If it was acknowledged in their discord by someone in a position to effect the correction, this is probably fine. If you cannot get attention over there, post back here, I'll make a report, and hopefully, the Powers that Be can communicate back to someone at MCDM.
One of the mods said, "That would be a Roll20 issue." I don't know, lol. I feel like I'm between the plumber and the city.
Thanks, Keith.

Depending on who is answering, they may not be aware of who is the actual converter/producer of the Roll20 Marketplace item. In the case of Arcadia, that is not a Roll20-converted product. Usually, there will be a Roll20 imprint on the marketplace product image, but I have not taken a close look to make sure this is rigorously followed. In this particular case, it is either handled directly by MCDM, or contracted out. The credits page of that particular product does not mention the conversion team or people. On their marketplace publisher page, they do include this statement: We also release a monthly 5e digital magazine, ARCADIA, through our Patreon and shop and each issue usually clocks in at around 40 pages of unique, usable, and heavily playtested articles as well as resources like maps, handouts, and more. So you might also try contacting them through that avenue. Finally, their home page has a direct email address for help: hello@mcdmproductions.com
