Player sheet always rolling advantage

Yeah so this particular sheet is rolling advantage no matter what the type is set in its settings. ive changed them to all point to Advantage toggle but it still rolls advantage even when set to normal or distadvantage.  i removed this character from the game into character vault and readded them.  when it was removed it would roll normal in the vault roll log. once i added it to the game it starts rolling advantage. the default settings for the game are set to advantage toggle.
What game? Which character sheet? More information is needed to help you.

Jarren  said: What game? Which character sheet? More information is needed to help you. ok then. in my Character Sandbox game, my Ldy. Zartha Rosewood character sheet is acting weird. as i said, no matter what settings i change on the sheet or in the game settings itself the sheet always rolls advantage. I reset all tokens to default roll and whisper settings as suggested in another forum post. It still rolls advantage every other character, even ones that i also imported in from the character vault still rolls normal. could there be some setting i missed on that specific sheet?
I'm pretty sure that Jarrren meant what game system (D&D 5e, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulu, etc.) and which character sheet of the several different ones that are used by those game systems (D&D 5e by Roll20 2014, D&D 5e by Roll20 2024, 3tc.). A screen shot of the character sheet would probably tell us that.
oh i forgot this site is for other systems too. 5e and 5e 2014

If this is the D&D 5e (2014) Sheet, check the d20 field on the settings tab of the sheet, and make sure it doesn't say "2d20". Beyond that, screen shots of the settings and Core tabs of the sheet, as well as sample output in the chat window of a typical attack would help us decipher the issue. Beyond that, a list of Mods you might have installed might be helpful. Some mods (such as Health Color Aura) can do unexpected things to characters and tokens.
alright i figured it out.  So the issue was that i had originally created these two characters in a campaign "Character Sandbox", and I imported them into Roll 20 Characters so i could move them to another game. They worked fine in the other game and synced perfectly. However, when I wanted to return them to their original game there was already a sheet for each character. I foolishly just moved the original character sheets to a different folder and added the characters back into "Character Sandbox" via the Roll 20 Characters "Transfer to Game" option. This resulted in the imported characters for some reason using the same values, settings, toggle states, from their original sheets and overwriting the imported character sheet's options. After rediscovering their old sheets I noticed the problem I was facing, one of them always rolling advantage even if I toggled it to normal, was reflected in the old sheet. I deleted the old character sheets, removed the imported sheets from the game via Roll 20 Characters and reimported them. They now work perfectly. TLDR; I added these sheets back into their original game and their old sheet's settings were overwriting their new ones. Just delete the old ones and re-add the characters into the game from Roll 20 Characters

Good detective work! Duplicated names definitely can cause problems, but that's a new one for me.
