Player is unable to roll anything on their character sheet, I as GM can use it normally

I don't really know what the problem is. The sheet works perfectly fine when I use it and the player doesn't have any problems with other sheets, only with this one. Chat shows the following whenever something is rolled, in this case perception: Nex|perception_roll (The character is called Nex btw) I have completely normal rolls at the same time with the same sheet. Can anyone help?

Hi Nicole! The first thing I would check is to make sure there are not duplicate character sheets named "Nex".
