Cannot move assets in My Library into folders

Title. I have seen gifs of how this is supposed to work, but it just doesn't work on my end. Have cleared my cache several times. I am making sure to drag from the lines instead of the name.

Hi TheDoctor1977! What exactly is happening when you try? If you don't have the filter turned on in Recent Uploads, pointers to the files will appear in their folders, but the original files will still appear in Recent Uploads. All "moving a file into a folder" does is create a pointer to the file where it lives in Recent Uploads. The original file will still display there unless you turn the filter on that hides files that have been "moved". If you are not seeing the pointer to the file in the folder you have "moved" it to, then something is indeed going awry.
